What is Holistic Mirconeedling?

 

Holistic Microneedling is a gentle cosmetic procedure that supports the body in creating healthy, glowing skin in a similar way to acupuncture: using your body’s natural healing action.

Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), Microneedling stimulates your body to produce new collagen and elastin, which improves skin tone, texture, and reduces scars and stretch marks.

We use a custom Chinese herbal serum made of Apple Stem Cells and the cleanest products available with our treatments. We aim to enhance hydration, firmness, smoothness and revitalize your skin cells.

Danielle incorporates Acupuncture and Energy Healing to provide stress reduction and relaxation for a truly unique expereince.

When will I see results?

Results will be noticed after your first treatment.  Skin will be smoother and more even, and after 2 weeks you will reach the peak of healing. 

Each session builds on the last, and 4-6 treatments spaced one moneth apart are recommended for maximum results.

 

Results will last for 3-5 YEARS.  As natural ageing occurs, you may want to repeat a series of microneedling sessions again at this point.

How long does a treatment take?

This is a Quick and Easy procedure!  Your first session will take 45 -60 minutes, as we will discuss your skincare concerns and health history prior to the treatment.

I will then apply numbing cream and let you rest for 20 minutes.

The microneedling procedure takes 10-15 minutes, and I will follow that with a facial massage with our natural, quality serums and a face mask to calm any irritation.

Follow-up sessions will last 45 minutes or less.

Am I a good candidate for Micro-needling?

You are a great candidate for this procedure if you’re in good health and looking for a holistic solution to healthy, glowing, younger looking skin.

Microneedling is NOT for you if you suffer from an active infection or lesion, wound healing issues, have had recent injectables/ fillers, or have certain underlying health concerns.

What kind of training is needed to perform Micronnedling?

Microneedling treatments will be performed by a Licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse who has been trained in Clean Needle Technique and Microneedling Procedure.

You are in safe and highly qualified hands with our Microneedling treatments!

Danielle is both a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Registered Nurse, who has been trained in Clean Needle Technique and Microneedling Procedure. She uses only premium AcuMicro products and pens (class 2 medical devices). AcuMicro only sells to qualified practitioners, and provides in-depth certification and training with their devices.  All of the tips are sterilized, single use, and stainless steel.  The serums are lab grade, natural, herbal and research proven.

Does it hurt? Do I need a high pain tolerance?

Holistic Microneedling does not hurt!  Our procedure is gentle yet incredible effective.

I will apply a  topical numbing cream to reduce any discomfort.

Most clients say it feels like an itch, and that it is very tolerable.

I will constantly be checking in with you to ensure your comfort during the procedure and adjust accordingly.

Is there any downtime?

Little to no downtime means that for the rest of the day after your treatement, you should avoid

  • Direct Sun Exposure
  • Makeup
  • Swimming
  • Exercise that induces sweat (sweat can irritate the skin after treatment)
  • Only wash with water and use serums you recieve after the treatment.

The following day, resume you skincare as normal!

I always keep in mind that the first 2 weeks following a treatment are the importatant because your skin is going through a healing process.
